What Sets us Apart

If there’s one question I’m asked more than any other in meetings with customers and prospects, it’s this:

“What makes you different from your competitors?”

It’s never an easy question to answer, because every company believes they’re the best at what they do – and we certainly believe we are.

However, when we break it down honestly, there are three key areas where we genuinely believe we stand out:

1. Communication We are genuinely contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On the very rare occasions when the office is empty, our phones automatically divert to a mobile. You will always speak directly to a real person who can give you an immediate answer – no voicemail, no “we’ll call you back later.” If you need us, we’re there, right when you need us.

2. Experience We started trading in 1973 and are now celebrating 45 years in the plastic injection moulding industry. In that time, we’ve seen and successfully handled just about every challenge this diverse and constantly evolving sector can throw at us. From the simplest parts to the most complex, technically demanding projects – we’ve been there, solved it, and delivered. There are very few problems we haven’t encountered and overcome before.

3. Real Value for Money As a privately owned, independent company, we keep our operation lean and highly efficient. We have minimal overheads, no external debt, and no bank overdraft. Every penny of profit we generate is reinvested straight back into the business – into new machinery, tooling, training, and continuous improvement.

This low-cost base allows us to offer highly competitive, transparent pricing without compromising on quality or service. We work closely with our customers to create flexible pricing packages and payment terms that genuinely suit their needs.

These three areas – outstanding communication, deep industry experience, and genuine value for money – may sound simple, but we take them extremely seriously. We work hard at them every single day, and we believe it’s exactly why we continue to succeed and grow.
