Over recent years, we have supplied a wide range of medical instruments and components to one of the UK’s leading NHS suppliers. This essential work enabled us to remain operational throughout the coronavirus pandemic, as we collaborated closely with our partners to support the continued functioning of the NHS. Today, we manufacture more than 80 distinct products, ranging from Instrument trays and theatre bowls to precision medicine measures.

Fire and Emergency

Over the years, we have manufactured a wide range of components for the fire and emergency sector, including parts for fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and, more recently, fire suppression systems. Our latest customer relies on us to produce and assemble base units used in fire suppression systems installed in hospitals and commercial buildings across the UK, Ireland, and international markets. These components are primarily manufactured using flame-retardant materials to meet stringent safety and performance requirements.

Lighting Industry

We supply a wide range of bases, fittings, and diffusers to companies across the UK. Our bases are typically manufactured from flame-retardant polycarbonate or ABS, selected for their strength and compliance with safety standards. Diffusers are produced using flame-retardant polycarbonate with masterbatch additives to enhance light transmission and consistency. Each diffuser is precision-polished to achieve optimal light dispersion. In addition, we provide a variety of complementary fixtures and fittings to support complete assembly solutions.
