Following a very strong performance throughout 2017 and an excellent start to 2018, backed by a rapidly growing and healthy order book, we are thrilled to announce the recent arrival of our latest injection moulding machine – the Chen Hsong JM128-MK6.

This latest purchase brings our total number of Chen Hsong machines to three in just the last three years, joining our established 328-tonne and 268-tonne models. Although Chen Hsong remains a relatively new name to many companies in the UK market, we have quickly become firm advocates for the brand. In our hands-on experience, these machines consistently deliver outstanding levels of accuracy, repeatability, and shot-to-shot consistency. They are also remarkably intuitive to program and operate, and straightforward to maintain – factors that have made a tangible, positive impact on our daily production efficiency and uptime.

When you compare the highly competitive purchase price and, crucially, the much shorter lead times with those of many long-established European and Japanese machine manufacturers, the value proposition becomes extremely compelling. This excellent value is further supported by responsive technical backup and a highly experienced, skilled team of engineers who provide strong local support for the brand here in the UK.

With the successful installation of this new 128-tonne machine, we now operate a total of 15 modern injection moulding machines on site. Our fleet spans a wide range of clamp forces, from 35 tonnes all the way up to 328 tonnes. This impressive capability enables us to produce high-quality plastic components across an exceptionally broad spectrum – from ultra-lightweight parts weighing as little as 0.01g right through to larger mouldings weighing up to 830g in polypropylene (PP) and a wide variety of other engineering polymers.

Every single machine in our facility is covered by comprehensive, active service contracts and is meticulously maintained in first-class working condition. This ongoing commitment to upkeep ensures maximum reliability, consistent output quality, and minimal disruption for our customers.

As we have highlighted in previous updates, it is a core part of our company philosophy to reinvest every penny of generated profit directly back into the business.
